Pros

Dual marking for inches and cm is really useful.

Quality and compact tape measure. Good deal works well. Unlike some other reviews here i find this a good product! This one is my favorite!

The tape material is slightly thinner than dewalt, but not so much that would easily tear such as the cheap ones at harbor freight. These feel rubbery nice and solid.

Two methods of locking are great for speed measure and distance measure applications. Surprisingly heavy rugged case has belt clip and wrist strap.

The retracting mechanism is extremely strong as well. The tape pulls out easily and has a handy little button to slow the speed when the tape is retracting. It still retracts fine.

Cons

Only have 32nds of inch the first feet. It just bends when you extend it 2feet. It holds a little, but if you need to move the tape measure to look at the reading, it will slip by 1/16 - 1/8.

Easiest tape measure to read i've ever used (i'm no professional carpenter, but i'm very pleased with the readability.

If you haven't ever used one with the quick lock on the bottom you should.

Haven't yet dropped it, but given the packaging it'll likely survive falls from moderate heights.
