Pros

The measuring tape is very slick and easy to access. It ensures your measurements are accurate.

This tape measure delivers exactly that. This product is fantastic!

I love that it locks on the way out and if you want it to retract, then you push the button. Easy to recharge power cell too.

Cons

Buy a real tape. Design is chinesium. Wait for the real deal when milwalkee or makita makes one. It is almost like they were manufactured wrong. This feels like a cheap toy you would have in a kids playset.

The tape seems to find a way to make every task more tedious. The auto lock feature only holds until even the slightest pressure is applied, but then begins to retract. When trying to use the auto lock the tape slips and doesn't lock.

If the battery feels really hot swap it out it's most likely bad.
