It's a quality tape measurer, even without the laser. Laser has greater range than advertised and appears to be very accurate. It's also useful for calculating the square footage of the rooms we're renovating.

I love that it locks on the way out and if you want it to retract, then you push the button. Easy to recharge power cell too.

The metric is almost impossible to see. It slowly retracts as you try to get this flopping thing to out stretch to whatever you are measuring while contorting to see the metric scale. Item is defective by not retracting itself.

The housing and tape are not sturdy enough for commercial use. It is almost like they were manufactured wrong. The red button is not useful at all. Now it’s useless.

The tape is floppy and the auto lock barely works. The auto lock feature only holds until even the slightest pressure is applied, but then begins to retract. It is very hard to use.
