Pros

The locking mechanism is exactly what i wanted and works great.

Cons

When you open it, it slowly retracts, not ideal. It creeps back in once it is pulled out. The tape measures do not stay out - they just retract like any normal tape measure.

The concept is phenomenal, but the execution is poor. It's floppy and the auto lock barely works. The auto lock feature only holds until even the slightest pressure is applied, like when trying to measure and inside wall, but then begins to retract.

Yellow or brightly colored tape measures are hard to read. The laser reads differently every time you use it. The tape markings is too faint and too thin to see.
