Pros
Cools the room well and the noise is very less. The diet mode is cool very less pwer consumtion. At 24°c it takes time to get cooled.
Product installation was carried out well. Ac is prompt delivery at the schedule time & date.
Cons
Lg customer care and service is big joke. By saying useless technology called ai looting money. Samsung is much better in delhi ncr area. Never gonna but lg products ever.
Water leaking from indoor unit after 7 days of using. Installer has taken otp in the name of rescheduling and cancelled the installation. Main pcb is defective and needs to be replaced but they still didn't do it.
This air conditioner is both environmentally unfriendly and expensive. The cooling capacity is 1. W, which is very small compared to other brands.
In short, this product is not worth a penny, and i do not recommend it. Never been a fan of lg ac to be honest. Not at all.

Price is bit on the higher side comparatively.

Therefore, highly recommended to buy from nearby vendors if you want prompt service.
Competitiveness
It is just 4400watt which is around 700 watts less than the competition.
25 ton ac only and the worst part is even if it is less in capacity price is on par with the competition.
The air conditioner has a good mechanism as lg brand.
Also pls buy your outdoor unit stand locally which is avlbl for around 400 to 450( this is not provided by lg).

I have ordered this ac on 04th april and it received at 8th april installation happened at 18th april very very disappointed due this late installation but after installation done i was surprised of this ac performance sudden cooling it cools room quickly under 10mins my room is very small only so im using 40 mode at 26° degree for for 8hours of usage current consumption is 2 units only i didnt expect this much power saving from lg again i was surprised 26 is enough for me using from night to mor 8 am that is very very comfortable for us value for money 5appearance ok 4performance 5in remote there no backlit im struggling to use in darknessonly thing disappointed is dust filter is not filtering that much dusts can easily enters into the filterauto clean mode is very useful it eliminates bad smell and dust settling on the cooling coil
