Received a unit with 14k btu as ordered.

Let me first say that i placed into the delivery instructions to put the ac on the back side of my house.

Packaging/appearance

It came in completely perfect condition, i was scared because the reviews said it came damaged, but it came perfectly.

Packaging was normal, however i wish they would have foam covered the evaporator fins.

Unit unpacked, found one minor dent in the installation case bottom rail.
