Pros

This is most efficient because it does not allow the air in the room to stratify. My neighbors have been really polluting my air so with propane had to have ventilation and loss efficiency.

The condensation pan has a drain feature for very humid climates. It keeps the temperature where i set it.

This is a a+++ ccu unit i call it. Easy to install. Only gripe is with heat, the fan turns off when it's cycled off. The instructions tell you to remove all 4 screws from the sides and back of this unit, then separate the otter frame.

Cons

Customer support is the worst we have ever experienced. The seller takes a long time to respond if they respond at all. The warranty is only for 1 year.

The offtemp a/c is still cranking, kindof, but still increasingly off temp. It ends up freezing up. The heat comes from a very wasteful resistive heating element.

It is extremely loud and noisy. Rattles badly and compressor only cools for about 5mins before blowing hot air. The actual plastic vent parts rattle.

We just got this in and as some other reviews alluded to, this unit is super cheaply made.

We had a horribly hard time getting the inside out from the cabinet because of a manufacturing issue on the back of the unit.

This air conditioner is worth it’s money!

Shipping

Received the air condition heater two days before they said it would be delivered.

Shipping was fast too, it really didn't take long to get to my house once i ordered it!

Arrived by fedx or ups, i don’t remember which, in two days in perfection condition.

Competitiveness

This is the same design as that panasonic 10,000 btu, and hoping this one serves me as well as that one did.

I checked our local places for the same brand less btu was a little bit more money.
