Within 15days of buying the fridze the bulb got fused. Items gets spoil and their is a foul odour coming from the fridze. In 2020 it's nothing but a joke. Nothing is covered neither under warranty nor under extended 2 years warranty.

Service review i bought this refrigerator on 21st of october and it was delivered in 9th of november

The delivery guys told me they were not supposed to open the package and amazon will process the request for package opening and demo at lg services

Even after 2 days of delivery there wasnt any response from anyone amazon or lg and they took the old refrigerator also

When i contacted the lg helpline they saidamazon hasnt registered any request for your mobile number for package opening and demo
