Pros
Cools down room very nicely, app works great so i can set a schedule for the ac. Air conditioner works nice and keeps the place very cool. Cool air quickly escapes through the non-insulated walls.
Not wifi capable, but a lifesaver during the 80-100 degree humid and hot summer days and nights. It has wifi that configures with the house system easily. It interfaces with alexa fine.
The mounting is very stable. The one on top secures it from going out the window. Def needs additional support if your window base isn't wide enough.
Cons
Do not purchase from lg. Buyer beware. It isn't valid. Faulty design. Should be compensated for the loss portion of my purchases.
In the description, the ac states it is meant to cool an area of 800 sq feet. If i was to dehumidify then the room is hot. Every night it's at the worst humidity level.
Overheating and abnormal pressure in the sealed system. Requested a service call over a week ago, still no call to schedule it. This is completely unacceptable, pop open another box and send me the remote or something!
The unit makes a high pitch noise and you can hear the fan rubbing to make a friction wheel like sound. The unit also pushes out the air with a strong toxic chemical smell.

Packaging/appearance
Came with everything needed to get it working.
N it came brand new in the box never instailed .
But, they need to package it better.
Came damaged to the frame,but doesn't affect the unit.

The standard nuts supplied would bottom out on carriage bolt square part before getting close to tight
