Pros
Best product covers every item. Comes with starter kit & it's really easy to use. Freebies small mw kit is also supplied together by lg.
Door opens sideward. Easy to operate and rotary knob makes selection of time and weight much easier. In terms of functionality is really easy to use and self explanatory.
Cons
No replacement provided within 10 days also. Makes a lot of humming noise when it is used. Product is replaceable only i'f there is mfg defect, not when an imp component is missing. Microwave is defective and needs to be returned.

There was starter kit included with the product.
There was no starter kit with the oven as given in the description.
I have received this product on 27th october.
Packaging/appearance
Although packaging was excellent and a glass bowl set was also there but no starter kit was provided along with this.

When contacted amazon people asked me to check with lg and lg guy asked me to check with amazon again for this which was disappointing
