Pros
The only disappointment is the sound quality. Os is quick to load and apps are quite useful. Good features and easy to use but the sound isn't the best.
Cons
The online instructions are unreadable. Keep going back and forth with customer service. Specification includes alexa but this is not supported by the remote control.
Highlights

The picture quality is excellent and the sound very good for the price.
Overall, i am very satisfied with it.
That said, sound quality is rather average on most flat screen tvs.

We have it in the kitchen and is the extractor or fan oven is on it’s quite hard to hear…not terrible but not great

Some reviews have mentioned that the remote is a bit fiddly and in the absence of a paper manual its not really clear what all the buttons do although if you need to you can download the manual from lgs website
