The instructions recommend taping all the junctions, so i used the heavy-duty foil tape and tried to cover as best i could.
Competitiveness
It's more expensive than a generic knock off kit but this kit from lg fit perfectly, and that is worth the extra money.
Could have made this for less than a quarter of the price!

There is no need to disassemble any part of the dryer outside case for access unless your arms are too big to fit through the holes

From the outside i insert a short vent pipe extension and securely attached the cap to the exterior wall creating tight short dryer venting
