Pros

The monitor performance is great. But let me tell you friends, it's still worth every penny. For the sale price i have no complaints would recommend. It's immersive, sleek, beautiful and really is the best bang for your buck.

The much maligned ips glow or uneven backlight that people complain about is practically nonexistent on this panel. The only flaw this monitor has is a white light bleed on the side of the panel.

This monitor is ideal for work, streaming and other multi-media consumption. It works great for any app and more room is always a good thing. The extra horizontal room is nice.

Cons

The ips glow on this display is also probably the worst i have ever encountered. More than 20 dead/stuck pixels. The top and bottom few rows of pixels also have a very strange fade-out effect on them that i've never seen on any other lcd display.

Also, the screw holes are off center, so i have to utilize 3 screws. Canceled my prime subscription and have put in a request to close my amazon account over this.

I am now on my 3rd repair request with lg who outright refuses to acknowledge that this is an issue.

I bought this monitor back in june 2023 and almost 9 months later, i'm still shocked by the quality and functionality of it.

The backlight is even throughout the entire monitor.

Totally worth the price, and i will not need to upgrade for a very long time.

There are some good va panels out there now, but if you're looking for a solid ips 34" wide screen, this is at an excellent price point.

The monitor stand that comes with allows for easy adjustment, way better than others on the market.

I switched from the another brand's 49" curved widescreen with the same resolution but only 144hz max refresh.

9, to a 27" 340hz, to a 32" 165hz, back to this lg 34" ultrawide.
