Pros
The color is crisp and clean. Expert, prompt customer service is so rare these days. Highly recommend this seller and lg product.
Love the magic remote. It is like a wand that wave around in the air to control the tv. The pointer also works with every usb mouse i tried.
The internet connection make the tv functions like a roku. This tv also has ethernet connection for internet if you want to use ethernet. Alexa mic and functionality built in; smart appliances can be controlled by tv.
Cons
Because it is a lg tv it shoves lg channels at you and navigating out of them is impossible. But it never stays connected to wifi.
Third lg and it lives up to expectations as still being the biggest junk ever manufactured. It breaks up at 3’ and totally unusable at 15’. I deal with it only because this tv is already mounted on the wall and it to heavy for me to take down to retur... Read More

Great quality tv for music, streaming and sports.
The sound quality with my old soundbar was enhanced with this new tv.
Too many steps for different features and too complicated to grasp the workings of remote.
This lg ur9000 tv is not edge lit which i like allot.
Price
Great value for the money and easy to set up and light weight as well.
For the price point, this 4kuhd is a great option.
To buy a new remote is $30 new & $25 used on amazon.
I have a lg oled tv that i paid twice as much for as this tv.
Shipping
Delivery driver still not able to put items on front covered porch.
I contacted the seller, walts tv, and they immediately sent a replacement remote out.
Packaging/appearance
Great tv, easy for one person to put the legs on thanks to thoughtful packaging.
Slight amount of damage to outer box, but everything inside was ok.
Competitiveness
The lg replaced an aging vizio 50”.
Now a sony 4k tv was what i wanted, but at the same size sony wanted 300-$400 more and i just didn’t see the need to spend that.
