It’s a great tv, it’s my second lg tv and i have no complaints.

The built in smart stuff works well enough.

Color is good, speed to change pages is good.

Picture is a big upgrade over my previous tv, however the sound is noticeably worse.

Fees like removal of old tv $60.

00 the deliverymen were careful and did a great job setting up the tv with the included stands.

It was picked up from my home 2 days after submitting my return & a refund was issued same day.

I like the tv, but getting it shipped on the day amazon is telling me it's coming was a problem.
