Bought two of these on march 1, 2022 for our two new offices constructed inside our garage for work from home. I live in an old farm house that has zero insulation. Works perfect and cools 2 large rooms quickly and that’s in eco mode and low fan.

Cons

Was told by outsourced call service to call service technician since only 1 year warranty. They take a week to 10 days to reply to everything and then have another excuse as to why the documents they received are satisfactory.

The plug on this unit is backwards! Hardly used still under warranty and quit working. Two months later, the unit still has not been repaired, replaced or reimbursed.

It is extremely loud and noisy. Rattles badly and compressor only cools for about 5mins before blowing hot air.

The offtemp a/c is still cranking, kindof, but still increasingly off temp. The heat comes from a very wasteful resistive heating element.
