First of all they never updated the tracking details

When i called ceva for followup after a week they told me they were trying to reach me but “they can’t”

My best guess is that they were too lazy to delivery the tv so they just pretended to reach me then will return back the product to amazon because “i did not answer”

Overall it took 21 days to deliver when it should have been 12 days
