Pros

Oled evo technology makes the * deeper and the * brighter, creating a more realistic and immersive viewing experience. The colours are intense. The new oleds also are a lot brighter than the older models.

The picture quality is stunning, the colors are vibrant, and the contrast is amazing. Picture is incredible from any angle. Colour and brightnes can be perfectly adjusted as desired.

Upscaling of most content is almost* on par with my previous sony led and it’s best in class picture processing. Text is not blurry on 4k (turn sharpness down in tv settings) have not noticed auto dimming yet but my brightness is not set very high.

Cons

We found the settings easy to use with minimal assistance, the automated setup process in the tv was pretty thorough.

I get why cheaper tvs get subsidized by all this unremovable crapware but this is a premium tv.

Tiny boxes for the sources i want with the rest of this home page covered 95% with adds and apps i don’t want and will never use.

Boxed nicely and you don't need to open much to slide the top off to reveal the tv without picking up the tv.

Nothing compares to the richness in colour of an oled.

I even prefer the lg smart os to my older sony (900f)'s google tv.

I was torn between this and the sony a80l but went with this because it has better gaming features than the a80l.
