Pros
It has super bright, poppy colors and hdr support. Watched some hdr steaming from amazon prime. Hdr is new to me but certainly makes the image appear more impressive with deeper colors and brighter brights.
The remote is better than expected, intuitive, motion sensitive and activated, acts like a laser pointer for on screen control. The tile based webos user interface is pretty sleek and easy to navigate. Easy to use and access the different aps.
Video streaming from my dlna media server works well. Full fledged chrome based web browser is great. Hope many new apps gets added soon for slingtv, netflix support.
This tv sounds incredible. This tv is excellent. But this tv is fantastic. Truly an amazing tv.
Cons
The bad:- terrible black uniformity. This is truly disappointing as i was a hige lg fan, i have two lg computer monitors, and an lg v30 cell phone.
Lg need to recall this model to prevent catastrophic event happen. Buyer beware. Won’t buy lg again.
The power light blinks 3 times then nothing happens. There is an option to turn off screen saver in the menu, but it does nothing.
Biggest negative is that like most tvs these days it is flimsy and appears cheaply made. The tv itself bends and twists quite a bit when it is handled. In all, just not worth the money.

The smart features were ok for 2016, but features have not kept up with the streaming hubs, so they're ignored now.
Price
The price was very low so we were nervous about purchasing, but what a fantastic tv and what a fantastic price!

But seeing how it was protected fir shipping, made me smile and very relived.
Packaging/appearance
The remote control is rf works like a mouse pointer on the screen.
The remote is a pointer that puts a red mark on the screen.
Competitiveness
They don't integrate as well as the tizen apps on the samsung, but unlike samsung's tizen apps they actually work - every time.
I bought a samsung first - they were touted to me as the unrivaled champions of the 4k tv.

So if youre choosing between the 7700 and the 7650 spend the extra money and go with the 7700

The only difference in specs that i could find between the two are the 7700 is 240hz and the 7650 is 120hz

Doing so doesnt make any difference but taking the batteries out and replacing them again does the trick for a little while at least

The first one was a lemon it came with a few dead pixels and the backlight would sometimes disappear in some parts of the screen known as ghosting

Only thing i can recommend is maybe getting a sound bar if youre looking for more volume
