I watched one of my favorite color dvd movies on it, to test it, it's fantastic. It does exactly as is stated. Do recommend it.

Cons

The manufacture feels amazingly cheap. The drive is light weight and flimsy. Returning this pathetic hunk of plastic right away.

Amazon wants it packed up and sent back to get refunded. Would not buy it again. Save your money and get something nicer. Don't need the aggravation.

This dvd drive is bare bones, for sure -- very small footprint, one light, one button, one cable, not much to it.

Price

This is an inexpensive solution to the computer manufactures who don't put optical drives in the pc's anymore.

I give it 4 stars because i doubt true audiophiles will be using this bargain external.

I would not have been surprised to have to pay $100 for a dvd drive, but this one was less than a good meal.

Can't beat it for the price point.
