I went to their store and was told forthwith that the phone was useless as in 2020 all verizon users must have phones that are at least 4g

I liked the phone however my elderly mother had a hard time using the touch screen

I understand that most people dont see things this way but i am a school teacher and many parents are getting this phone for their children if they dont feel the child is ready to handle the responsibility of a smart phone
