My old windows 7 laptop cost me £350 6 or 7 years ago, so it's hardly a surprise that this is faster!

Unpacking it, it felt flimsy, very light, was not impresed.

I compare this to the dell xps series or thinkpads that i have fixed and upgraded over the decades.
This laptop is comparable with most workplace desktops and is quick and easy to setup.
You could probably get better specs for less money.
I have compared it with the apple imac air m1 chip 2020.

Otherwise first impressions are that it is a fabulous laptop and is as its describe light powerful and great battery life turned it on for three working days not continuous use without plugging it in

Except its 1734 and if you account for the 1610 ratio screen it really has the vertical height of a 1834 169 screen

You will never notice it if you dont try and run some heavy games something that tigerlake allows but my other tigerlake laptop has better cooling and i can get about 20 more fps
