Pros

I have both this unit and the 65 pint version of this unit (comes in black) the 65 pint is in a very damp basement that measures about 25 x 30. The unit turns itself off when the bucket is full and i've never had issues with overflow on either unit. M...  Read More

Lg makes a terrible racket. A reputable major brand identity doesn't get overhauled three times in 15 years. Now i wish i hadn't trashed the 'ol relic which was working perfectly fine.

The sensor that stops the unit when the water reservoir is removed is flimsy. Often it does not detect that the reservoir is inserted back. Appears to be a refrigerant leak.

Packaging/appearance

During past summers, i would have to empty the bucket 2x/day.

Competitiveness

They give you the run around and want to sell you another one at a discount price instead of living up to the advertized warranty.
