This unit cools about 700 square feet with ease. Keeps living room/dining room area close to 550 sq ft very cool/cold and comfortable for these blazing summer days. They are also very efficient.

My complaint. This is ridiculous. It is optional but nowhere do they explain it, the pictures show it enclosed.

We are not appliance repair people so have no idea if we would be removing and then reinstalling correctly. Poor design and packaging. Fins are very easily damaged.

On second day loud clanking sound in 2 minutes after start. It now makes really loud noises that no one can talk while it’s on. The * thing blows hot air. It's not like i have a new ac at all.
