Pros

Works really well in my 950 sq ft apt. However my barn is normally over 90f when i turn the ac on and it is over 800 sq ft.

The air conditioner works great. It cools down room very nicely. Unlike some other air conditioners where the water drips out without having this piece, this one is different but a good idea.

It works as expected and is quiet. It runs quietly and powerfully. It uses only 900 watts and has none of those issues. It blows hard and it's pretty quiet compared to my 6k btu lg unit.

It looks esthetically good. The mounting is very stable. The one on top secures it from going out the window.

Cons

Do not purchase from lg. Buyer beware. It isn't valid. Faulty design. Should be compensated for the loss portion of my purchases.

In the description, the ac states it is meant to cool an area of 800 sq feet. If i was to dehumidify then the room is hot. Every night it's at the worst humidity level.

Overheating and abnormal pressure in the sealed system. Requested a service call over a week ago, still no call to schedule it. This is completely unacceptable, pop open another box and send me the remote or something!

The unit makes a high pitch noise and you can hear the fan rubbing to make a friction wheel like sound. The unit also pushes out the air with a strong toxic chemical smell.

Came with everything needed to get it working.

N it came brand new in the box never instailed .

Came damaged to the frame,but doesn't affect the unit.

But, they need to package it better.
