Cons

Item came damaged with small dents and now charging a restocking fee. Can't be plugged into a normal outlet. When it is running there are a couple rattles that are very annoying.

This ac is really good and cools really well.

It works much better than the old unit and it adequately cools my living and dining rooms plus the kitchen on 90+ degree days.

Got this because the 30 year old 25,000btu window unit iny old house finally failed.

The only negative is it is very heavy and would recommend two people to install it in the window.

- the front of the unit was dented despite there being no damage on the box itself so the dent had to be from the manufacturer.
