Pros

The picture is fantastic. This tv is everything the experts promised. Picture is brilliant.

There is a million youtube reviews on the amazing picture. On 4k content is looked magnificent. If you take the time to fine-tune all the settings.

Oled makes a massive difference, very inky * and very bright hdr using dolby vision. With the right adjustments you can make it look smashing. Mounted over the fireplace in the family room for regular viewing.

Cons

The operating system is difficult to navigate, is extremely slow, and has quite a few glitches. Sometimes the webos lags. There were some chips in the finish right down to the bare metal.

I have had the worst delivery experience ever with amazon.

They sent a repairman multiple times to take "pictures" (he had to pull the tv away from the wall to get the required numbers.

Ordered on a monday delivered ahead of time on wednesday ❣️cudos to fexex❣️❣️

There were multiple dents on the box as well.

Didn’t bother even turning it on, probably gonna have to box it right back up and send it back.

First one showed up in a perfect box.

Researched between lg and samsung for a while and decided this was the best option.

This lg replaced a five-year-old model from a major competitor and the picture is far superior.
