Quality
I've been with boost for a few years and am happy with the service.
While the phone does play most games you throw at it, this is not really a gaming phone.
The build quality is pretty nice, overall.
I haven't had any issues with the operating system.
Packaging/appearance
I haven't figured out why it is but simply not using the card solves the problem completely.
Many drops (most of which landed screen side down) since i've owned it and the screen hasn't cracked.
