Customer service and support from both canada direct and amazon in ironing out some small issues. None of these are dealbreakers, and i'm incredibly happy with this monitor. It is everything i was hoping for and researched.

The panel has great image quality for my use case of programing, light gaming and content consumption.
Great display rotation: flexible, robust and with great quality of image.
Lg, while friendly and polite, is severely lacking in technical support knowledge, and nearly caused a second return of this product.
Picture quality is excellent, but the stand sets it apart from the rest.

This monitor has it all for a reasonable price.

Not so many 4k monitor support usb c in this price range and this model deliver nice and smooth 4k experience with really nice design monitor stand which as a programmer you could rotate the monitor up to 90 degree
