    I ordered the noctua a12x25 also and those dont have the ramping problem

    They get up to target rpm as intended and not with a burst of voltage that makes the fan spin from 0 quickly to 1800rpm when it starts then falls then goes up to its desired speed

    For noise levels they are on par with noctuas chromax offerings but at 55 of the cost and only need one cable
