Pros
Fans are great in general. A little oddly but at least it works better than anything logitech or gigabyte puts out. Fans were packaged well.
The only downside is the controller requires a pcie connection so make sure you have an extra one.
The l-connect 3 software for them is easy to use and you can easily change the content of the lcds to static pictures, gifs, mp4 or other custom animations that they currently have. I love how these fans work and the personalization i can add to them ... Read More
These fans are great for anyone who really wants to show off their desktop. The roomier your pc case is, the better.
Cons
As * as they are, 1900 rpm for $150 fans is just bad. Main thing that makes them so unique is faulty or broken at best.

You don't have to constantly run the fan software or open it every time you start your pc to get the screens to display whatever you want.
Price
Although it has a high price tag, i have found no flaw with these fans.
You're going to spend $75 dollars on a single fan because you need the proprietary lian li fan hub for it to work.
They are over the top a little too expensive.

Packaging/appearance
Overall the quality of the fans feel great, they were packaged well, and i have nothing negative to say.
The box comes with 3 fans and are made of sturdy plastic and interlock with each other.
It was still sealed but some of the accessories were outside their traditional plastic and bubble wrap.

Theyre mostly designed for fish tank cases because the screen is a bit obstructed when i look at it through my screen door grill
