Pros
Strong and sturdy. The wood has a bit of a grain-look to it, which is nice. Days the cracks are fine for the price. The hooks alone make this purchase worthwhile. Very sturdy and stylish.
Three adult coats hang comfortably. Makes everything available for easy hangup and retrieval in 1 spot. Holds multiple jackets on each hook without them sliding off.
The white blends nicely with our builder white walls and the robes hang just as well as they did over the door without being in the way. One by the living room entry door and one in the bathroom. Two in my new camper and two in my cabin.
Looks perfect, undamaged, very easy to install and strong. Easy to install, easy to attach and sturdy.
Cons
Still sticking over 1/4 of an inch out of the wall. No way to drive it in any further. Find a different product.

Our first order was lost in the mail, and when amazon was notified, another order was sent immediately.
Packaging/appearance
These hooks look good in our guest bathroom.
It arrived in a plastic amazon package back, and had no protection around it.
Looks great but i've had to order a second one.
It's not especially beautiful, but it looks fine and doesn't call attention to itself.
Competitiveness
As some reviewers suggested, instead of the anchors that came with he rack, i used hillman sharkie wall anchors #6-12, which worked well.
