The entire assembly can be dismantled by removing those screws leaving just the bare pipe with 4 holes

I took away 1 star because the mounting bracket bottom screw holes are right behind the hook which makes it difficult to tighten the screw at an angle

Its true the mounting brackets are poorly positioned behind the outer hooks which makes installation more difficult

There are four 1 long brushed finish wood screws and instructions taped inside one end of the package but be sure to open both ends of the box to find the screws or you have a 5050 chance of missing them like the other reviewer

I dont think this is a good candidate for drywall anchors or toggles because this model requires two screws to be spaced only 1
