The rounded area at the top of the upper hook was a little offnot symmetrical sort of looked dented on one side on a couple but it really isnt enough to notice when there are so many hooks and when things are hanging on the hooks

Measuring form the bottom of the wood the lower rack is about 34 inches from the floor and the upper rack is about 72 inches from the floor the bottom of each hook is about 1 14 inch higher
