The downside is that they don’t stick to your tops so i don’t use them with flipup nursing tops but i am very happy using them in nursing tanks that flip down

Good quality with one side fabric and the other side water proof i can save money on disposal nursing pad i got these because i wanted an ecofriendly alternative to traditional nursing pads because i found i was always throwing disposable paper nursing pads all the time
