Pros
They last a long time and the two different roughness levels are very useful. They work on metal bars which is really useful.
Cons
The files are too rough to smooth and leave nails rough. They leave sharp bits on nails which i have ended up biting off. These seem to be well made but are far less fine than 3 other types of emery board that we have with 240 grit.

Be aware that the rough side is pretty rough but is useful if you want to reduce nail length quickly
