The issues i have is 1· when younput a new pack of wipes in it is hard to get the wipes out til they are used a few times lowered 2· when you disconnect the power cord it only keeps the wipes warm for about 30 mins

I just take mine off and throw it in the washer and dryer

When your done you need to disconnect it because it dont have a button and thats the downside
