I have been using this for over a month now and have bought new rechargeable batteries for both of my controllers neither of which will charge in the base charging unit they will vibrate when inserted into the unit but are not charging no matter how long i leave them on the charger they will not charge

I would not recommend this item if you want this for charging your controllers

I gave this unit a two star for the fan working other than that i still would not recommend purchasing this item if you are wanting it for the charging system

Great product for everything except that i didnt get the silicone thumbstick covers and the controller cant charge while connected
