I have taken many curcumin supplements and most with bcm95 seem to work well but lef puts it together masterfully in a form that is easy to digest and the addition of ginger and turmerones oddly enough gives my stomach a warm happy feeling

I like advanced biocurcumin because it supports high absorption due to the use of the bcm95 form of curcumin but most of all i love the ginger and turmerones
