When shopping for a b12 supplement, it is very easy to become overwhelmed. Start with 1 a day & give ur body time to adjust. If i feel just a tad better, good sense for me to continue.
Cons
What's actually in a single capsule is anyone's guess. What disturbs me the most is that this has only happened intermittently. Taking these for less than 1 month caused my husband b6 toxicity and has crippled him!

I dont see on other reviews that anxiety was a problem and ive read intestinal issues are common at the beginning of taking a b complex but they are temporary that has been very uncomfortable as well
