Pros

I live with and cook for some pretty picky eaters. They love their potatoes, pasta, and microwaved dinners. Also appears to be excellent quality.

Cons

Took for four days. Noticed no difference from any other quercetin. Supplements need to go through clinical trials before being allowed to be sold and manufacturing inspected at all times.

These are easy-to-swallow capsules and the formulaic makeup is of very high-quality ingredients.

So that i don’t have to depend on any otc allergy drugs that never really work for me and just make me tired all the time .

It's a little pricey but it's worth it because the capsules are tiny.

(one thing i need to mention is that it's better to check out the manufacturer's website, (cough cough) for pricing reasons (cough cough).

Turns out only 1 out of the 10 or so other brands work as well and it was just as expensive.
