Do not have medical reports so cannot say for sure but i have observed myself very carefully for 2 months of usage and now after 5 months of my last purchase i can say for sure that the change in energy stayed only for those 2 months when i used the pill

The bottle wasnt blue as shown in picture received a completely different white bottle
