The capsule is thicker than i expected and a little difficult for me to *.

Twice now, within 30 minutes of taking 2 of these pills my face and arms swelled up and broke out in hives. In the garbage. Disappointed since the research showed this is a good vitamin company. Cannot take, it makes me sick.
