Makes a very healthy shake, especially since the whey is made from cows not treated with any hormones, etc.

An outstanding product, which i try to use daily, with my cereal special mix.

Not depriving myself helps a lot, i'm not going 'cold-turkey on anything!

Its no magic bullet you have to make other changes too i still give in to the dairy queen every now then an occasional big ole tenderloin
