Pros

These are definitely better than gaviscon advance. A superior product in every way. Their customer service is very responsive. These are a life saver.

I have to chew before swallowing and i am not a pill taker so it's a bit challenging to chew, the taste is grape and it's totally bearable. They do foam up when you chew them lol.

Esomeprazole works for me. No more reflux in bed.

Cons

I've had gerd for years and am on heavy duty rx meds for it, but i believe this has made an improvement.

I had severe gerd, have been on ppis too long and need to get off them.

This product is a great price, it’s all natural, and it keeps the acid from flexing up my esophagus.
