Pros
This is quite helpful for my insomnia. The only down side is that unholy demons residing in my apartment have now begun pestering during the day. Well, either this is placebo effect, or this really works.
I was told by my naturopathic md to take glycine for restless leg syndrome. Using it for glutathione support. This is the only change i've made so i have to assume it was the glycine.

Great supplement for sleep all while burning fat and enhancing muscle strength and recovery
First dose: within 45 minutes i felt a wave of relaxation and heaviness, eyes felt heavy too like you are ready to sleep.
After about 30 minutes, i fall back to sleep.
Price
The cost of the side it was really reasonable.
This brand is a little pricey for it not to work.
Competitiveness
I can’t compare with other products, but taking this glycine along with collagen has done wonders for my sleep.
