Pros

Lysine is the only supplement that helps canker sores heal quickly. Works well to help heal caker sores combined with b12 it kida seems like magic!

With regular use it clears up runny nose watery eyes and sneezing on my cats. I like this product because it helps keep away my shingles!

Cons

About 20 minutes after taking this for the 1st time. These capsules are ridiculously big.
