Pros

It lasts longer and still get me some extra magnesium. They also relax yourmuscles to help you fall asleep so that relaxes your intestines and helps you to have a good #2 first thing in the morning.

Cons

Each capsule is one inch long and about a quarter inch wide. The taste of the oil is sweet and cloying. Cellulose is also an insoluble fiber and does not dissolve in water.

This product is a scam! This is neglectful of both life extension and amazon. Proceed with caution. Now will reconsider all the life extension products.

There is some citrate of sauce and 830 but it does not listen milligrams. I need to go back to my usual magnesium supplement which is mag citrate and malate. Get magnesium glycinate instead.

Make sure you keep your other electrolytes balanced or you will od on magnesium with this brand.
