Cons

Unneeded supplementation is very bad idea. Took the reccomend dosage for a week for my neuropathy, didn't notice any effect. Severe migraine reaction.

Shipment came damaged and was not usable. Bottles were distended and deformed. Amazon offers no resolution as it’s a non returnable item, even with prime.
