Pros

Mega gla seems to be high potency. Sesame lignans promote healthy levels of gla. Gla from sesame ligands inhibits the conversion of la to aa, thus lowering inflammation.

The mega gla pill is much smaller than other supplements i take so i have no problem taking it. It feels good knowing that taking a small capsule daily, helps with my overall health. These gelcaps are easy to *.

Cons

The bottle itself was bowed out on the bottom. There is nothing on the bottle that describes capsule size. Unable to return this product or get a refund.

These capsules are small and gel, so easy to swallow and leaves no after taste.

If that's the case, then at 2 a day this would be only a 15 day supply.
